EVENTS
We are always available for groups of any size up to 100 people. From "dinner with the girls" to a "private company function" we are always eager to cater to your events unique needs. When available, information and menus for our special events are posted below.
Thanks for your interest in having your event here at the Gilt Club. Every event is unique and important to us in its own way. The following is merely a general set of guidelines we try to follow to help facilitate a smooth and successful event.
If your group is < 12 people.
Simply call us at 503.222.4458 to set up a reservation. We will certainly try to accommodate all special requests but find that your party will have the best experience without any special restrictions.
If your group is > 12 but < 20 people.
If your event is during the week we can potentially provide you with the full regular dinner menu. If it is on a weekend we will need to create a smaller special menu and pre order the appetizers. Simply call us at 503.222.4458 and we can help guide you through the various special menus.
If your group is > 20 but < 40 people.
If your event is during the week we will need to provide you with a special menu. If it is on a weekend we will need to provide you with a special menu and potentially restrict the timing of your party. Simply call us at 503.222.4458 and we can help guide you through the various special menus.
If your group is > 40 people.
We will need to make arrangements to close the restaurant to the public for your event. Gilt Club can seat up to 60 people comfortably for dinner or can accommodate groups up to 90-100 for cocktail receptions or buffet style food.
We never charge room fees or staffing charges for events. Pricing for private events is set at a minimum dollar amount based on duration and day of your party. While it certainly is possible to close for an entire weekend night you may find it more affordable to hold your party early on a Saturday or during a weeknight. Small groups during off hours can start as low as $500 with average events in the $1500 range.
