Open from 5pm until 2am and serving our dinner menu straight through the night, Gilt offers you an opportunity to choose the experience you want to have.

If you’re celebrating your anniversary and want a great bottle of champagne and a cozy corner on top of a 4 course meal, we can do that. If you are on your way up the bike corridor and want a really good nosh and a quick cocktail on your way home, we can do that and serve you food that your momma can’t cook. If you want to try a lot of different flavors and not walk away 4 hours and $200 later, we can turn you on to our selection of sincere cooking in portions small enough to sample without a huge commitment to your pocket book.
